The Kebab stands for " "grilled meat" in Arabic. Originally it was invented by Turkish immigrants in Germany in the 197s. There are several legends about this dish, including the fact that the Ottoman soldiers used their swords to roast meat. This is a sandwich sandwich made with pita bread and grilled meat on a spit. One can find several recipes. Kebab is usually made with mutton, there are Adana kebap, kebab, kebap Dürüm etc. It is not recommended for pregnant women to eat Kebab during pregnancy because of the risk of toxoplasmosis and listeriosis. Remember, your nutrition should contain only fresh well-cooked meats.
