The smoked chest is generally smoked at low temperature and can therefore contain bacteria that are not destroyed by smoking and can be dangerous for the mother and the baby. Consequently, it is important to be cautious and consume smoked chest only if it is cooked at a temperature high enough to destroy all potentially dangerous bacteria. In addition, it is recommended to consume only smoked chest which was smoked at a temperature above 140 degrees Celsius for a period of 5 minutes.
